To celebrate our chapter’s 75th anniversary, we are setting the ambitious goal of raising $750,000 to fund critical capital improvement projects that will ensure the continuity of our chapter for generations to come.
Capital Improvements Plan
316 Congress Street has great bones. These projects will protect and improve what we have so the chapter house remains safe, attractive, and competitive.
Exterior Repairs
- Repaint the church
- Restore damaged masonry
- Replace damaged windows protecting the stained glass and install secure windows to prevent break-ins
- Replace facility roofs
Plumbing and HVAC
- Repair faulty outdated plumbing in the church
- Repair failing heating units in the rectory and church
- Install efficient air conditioning in the rectory
- Waterproof the rectory foundation
- Repair gutters and drains on the church
