About the Campaign

The 75th Anniversary Capital Campaign is a three-year, $750,000 effort to strengthen the chapter house, expand educational initiatives, and prepare the Gamma Tetarton Chapter for the decades ahead. It launched at the 75th Anniversary Gala on October 11, 2025, and runs through October 11, 2028.

Why Now

The chapter is fiscally sound. This campaign is not about keeping the lights on. It is about growth, investment, and ensuring that what the founding brothers built in 1950 is still standing strong for the brothers of 2050.

Chapter Education Initiatives

Scholarships, leadership development, and academic support that give active brothers every advantage in one of the country’s most demanding academic environments.

Improve the Chapter House

316 Congress Street has great bones and great curb appeal. The capital campaign funds the renovations and improvements needed to keep it safe, attractive, and competitive for generations to come.

Anticipate Future Needs

Foster the recruitment of brothers, ensure the longevity of the chapter, and build the infrastructure that lets the next generation of Phi Sigs at RPI thrive.

The Case for Giving

Whether you graduated last year or fifty years ago, the Gamma Tetarton Chapter gave you something. The friendships formed in that house, the push to perform in a demanding academic environment, the discipline of being part of something larger than yourself — those things do not expire.

The campaign asks you to reflect on what Phi Sig means to you and how the chapter experience still resonates. For most brothers, the answer is immediate. What follows from that is a natural one: the chapter that shaped you needs your support to do the same for the brothers who come after.

The alumni association has built a network of class and decade leaders who will be reaching out to brothers across all graduating years.

How the Campaign Works

The campaign runs for three years, from October 2025 to October 2028. Donors are assigned to their recognition tier based on cumulative giving at the end of the campaign, not per gift. That means every contribution you make over the course of the campaign counts toward your final total, and there is always an opportunity to move up.

Ways to Be Involved

Financial support is not the only way to contribute. The campaign and the alumni association are built on brothers showing up in whatever way they can.

Mentor a Brother

Share your career and life experience with active brothers who are just getting started. An hour of your time can change the trajectory of someone’s career.

Attend Regional Events

Volunteer regional coordinators are organizing gatherings across the country. Showing up is itself a form of support — it sustains the brotherhood and builds the momentum that makes everything else possible.

Join the Alumni Board

The alumni association is a volunteer organization. There are roles for every level of availability, from a few hours a year to ongoing leadership. New members are always welcome.

Your Support Will Help the Chapter Build, Evolve, and Thrive

Looking back on 75 years, we have much to be proud of in what we have created. We also have much to look forward to in the years ahead. Your efforts will breathe further life and energy into the chapter and allow it to continue doing what it has always done: forming brothers worth knowing for a lifetime.
